A Place to
& Move Forward

Rebuild

Taking the first step toward change is courageous, and we’re here to walk alongside you and your children. At House of Refuge Sunnyslope, we provide a safe, stable home for single mothers ready to break free from homelessness and rebuild their lives.

Our faith-based rehabilitation program includes housing, meals, career mentorship, parenting support, and Bible study, giving you the tools to create a thriving future for both you and your children.

With up to 24 months of supportive housing, you’ll have the time and guidance to find employment, establish stability, and grow in faith—all while ensuring your children are safe, cared for, and supported. You are not alone—we are here to help you navigate this journey with encouragement and hope.

What you need to know:

We are a structured, faith-based program designed for women who are ready to commit to change. Here are a few key things to know before applying:

Faith is at the Center

You do not have to be a Christian to live here, but Bible studies, financial stewardship, mentorship, and being open to God are core parts of our program. We encourage openness to exploring what faith means to you.
